Montour County EMA sponsors a two meter repeater for ACS on 145.290. It is an open repeater and we encourage any amateur radio operator to use it for normal amateur activities except during an actual emergency.
In addition to a valid Amateur Radio License, ACS participants shall have successfully completed the following NIMS courses: IS-100 IS-700 These courses can be taken on line. More information about NIMS training can be found at:
